How to apply for your Chinese Visa?

Step1. |
Required documents for applying for a Chinese Visa: |

1. Valid original passport(s) - valid for at least next 6 months & with two blank Visa Pages; |
| 2. One quality passport photo light plain background - to be stapled in the Photo place on the Chinese Visa Application Form; |
| 3. |

| (3 Pages in total, can be filled by hand. Signature must be identical to the one on your passport.). |
| 4. If you apply for Business Visa, please also send the Visa Authorization Letter or Invitation letter from a business in China. |
| Business invitation letter from a business in China is acceptable for applying for a business visa, however it must be a formal letter on the company's letter headed paper and states: the visitor's full name; the visitor's passports no.; Intended date of visit; and purpose of the visit; |
| Please be aware, your application won't be accepted by the Chinese Embassy if your invitation doesn't mention the above details. |

Please apply for your visa about 1 moths before your departure. Please be aware the Chinese Embassy not issuing visa on the same day at the moment. |

Time quoted above doesn't include the time for post. If you need your passport for traveling in a week, you are advised to use Express service. |

Important notice:
* Please send your Visa application by Royal Mail Special Delivery- not 1st class recorded!!!
* You may post or drop off your Chinese Visa application to our Regent Street Office. Regent Street office is 3 minutes walk from Oxford Circus Tube Station and 3 minutes walk to the Chinese Embassy.
* From 01 Nov 2008 until further notice, you no longer need to provide the flights or hotel booking when apply for Chinese Visa; The Chinese Embassy do NOT issue visa on the same day anymore; Express service takes 2-3 working days - If we receive the application on Monday morning, the Chinese visa will be ready on Wednesday to pick up from our office;
*To apply for China Business Visa, you need to enclose a formal invitation from a business in China, the letter needs to be on their company letter headed paper and states: the visitors full name, passport no., intended date of visit, and purpose of visiting China.
*Due to Swine Flu, if you have previously visited certain countries in last 7 days, you China visa application might be rejected. Details
